Submission Important Dates

General information
1. ONE person can submit only ONE abstract, either for oral or poster presentation. Please note that the abstract submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as a poster presentation, depending on the available time slot.
2. Note: This restriction does not apply to co-authorship. For example, a professor may have one submission for himself/herself as a presenter and be a co-author on a few other submissions from collaborators and/or students.
3. Submission of abstract must be completed via our online platform by specified deadlines only. Please do not submit by email.
4. Please use ACC 2025 templates and follow our guidelines. Submissions will be rejected or returned if they do not comply with our requirements.
5. All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by the deadline, otherwise, their abstracts will be automatically withdrawn from the program. One day registration is not accepted for presenter registration.
6. Accepted abstracts will be available on the ACC 2025 website for download prior to the meeting.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. Abstract must be prepared using ACC 2025 abstract template. Please do not adjust page margins or other formatting.
2. Abstract must be written in English containing no more than 200 words.
3. Abstract must include two to five keywords and may include one graphic.
4. The dimension must not exceed one A4 page, and the file size must be no more than 1 MB.
5. Name your abstract file as Lastname_Initial_Abstract.docx

ACC 2025 Poster Presentation Guidelines
1. Poster panel: vertical poster panel, 90 cm wide x 200 cm high. Recommended poster orientation, size: Portrait, A0 size, 84 cm wide x 118 cm high. Poster presentation must use provided adhesive/pin only. (The final dimension and attachment method

Scholarships for Young Scientists
(Application submission deadline March 15, 2025)
➤ The organizing committee are pleased to offer the conference registration fee scholarships for young scientists.
➤ The selection will be based on the merit of the abstracts, and the gender and geographic diversity.
Scholarship Regulation
- The scholarship application should be submitted by March 15, 2025 and the applicants are requested to register and submit an abstract to the conference.
- The list of scholars will be notified on the conference website by March 25, 2025.
- The scholars are requested to confirm their participation by paying 25% of full registration fee by March 31, 2025.
- The scholars can collect the scholarship (Reimbursement of conference registration fee in cash, Thai Baht) at the registration counter on the first day of the conference.
*Young scientists are ones who have graduated not more than 5 years on the day registered to this conference.
